About MPG
CrossFit MPG brings together expert coaching and a genuinely supportive community.
Training quickly becomes more than just fitness.
Members become friends and friends become the reason you show up on the days it’s hardest. It’s a place where accountability and belonging go hand in hand. We specialise in CrossFit training and HYROX-style conditioning, helping you build a complete level of fitness that carries over into everyday life, sport, and competition.
Whether your goal is to get stronger, improve endurance, lose weight, or compete, our coaching and programming combine the best of both worlds:
CrossFit: strength training, Olympic lifting, gymnastics, and functional conditioning
HYROX: running, functional stations, and engine-building workouts designed for race-day performance
At CrossFit MPG, training is structured, scalable, and suitable for all levels, from complete beginners to experienced athletes pushing for performance goals. What truly sets us apart is our community. From your first session, you’ll be welcomed into a supportive, motivating environment where everyone trains hard, encourages each other, and enjoys the process.
If you want to get fitter, stronger, and more confident and actually enjoy the journey, come and experience the MPG culture.

More than training.
You come for fitness — you stay for the community.
What begins as a workout quickly becomes something bigger. You’ll find support, encouragement, and genuine connection that keeps you coming back. Members become training partners, training partners become friends and on the tough days, that community is what gets you through.
This is where consistency is built, motivation is shared, and belonging happens naturally.
I've been a member of CrossFit MPG since 2012 and it's been an incredible place to train. The coaches are knowledgeable and supportive, the community is friendly and inclusive, and every workout can be adapted to suit any ability level. Whether you're new to fitness or experienced, you'll always feel encouraged. My favourite place to train.
